Lawn Mowing Policies & Customer Responsibilities

Thank you for choosing our lawn care service! Our goal is to provide reliable, quality lawn maintenance while keeping your property, family, pets, and our equipment safe. Please review the following policies before your scheduled service.

1. Service-Day Text Notifications

We will make every reasonable effort to text you the day before your scheduled mowing service as a reminder. Please make sure your contact information is current and notify us of any changes or special instructions.

Service days may occasionally change due to weather, lawn conditions, or scheduling needs.

2. Dogs and Other Pets

For the safety of your pets and our crew, all dogs and other pets must be secured indoors or in a separate, secure area away from the mowing and trimming work before we arrive.

Pets may not remain loose, chained, or unattended in the work area while equipment is operating. Even friendly pets can be startled by loud equipment or accidentally injured.

3. Gates and Fences

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to all areas included in their mowing service. Please ensure gates are unlocked and accessible on your scheduled service day.

Please notify us of broken, loose, leaning, rotted, damaged, or unstable fences, gates, posts, and other structures before service. We will use reasonable care around these areas, but pre-existing damage and weak or deteriorated structures may be susceptible to further damage during normal lawn maintenance.

Please let us know about any special gate instructions, including gates that must remain closed or areas that should not be accessed. We will make reasonable efforts to secure gates we open, but customers should ensure pets remain safely contained.

4. Yard Preparation

Before your scheduled mowing, please remove dog waste, toys, hoses, sprinklers, rocks, sticks, sports equipment, lawn decorations, and other loose objects from the areas to be serviced.

Please identify and clearly mark sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, invisible dog fences, underground wiring, landscape lighting, drain covers, and other hidden or low-visibility hazards.

We will take reasonable care while mowing, edging, and trimming. However, hidden, unmarked, or undisclosed hazards and objects left in the work area may be damaged by normal lawn maintenance equipment.

5. Weather and Lawn Conditions

Rain, excessive moisture, extreme heat, and other conditions may require us to adjust our schedule or postpone service to protect the lawn and ensure safe working conditions.

We will resume service as soon as reasonably practical and communicate schedule changes when possible.

6. Access and Incomplete Service

If a locked gate, unsecured pet, unsafe condition, or other access issue prevents us from safely completing the scheduled work, we may skip the affected area or reschedule the visit. Any applicable trip fees or charges for incomplete service will be communicated in advance and handled according to the agreed service terms.

7. Damage and Service Concerns

We strive to treat every property with care and professionalism. If you notice a concern following a service visit, please contact us as soon as possible and, if practical, provide photos so we can investigate and address the issue fairly.

We will review concerns based on the circumstances, including the condition of the property before service and the work performed.

Customer Acknowledgment

By scheduling or authorizing lawn mowing services, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to these service policies and agree to the applicable terms of service.
